Our holiday home takes its name from the Costa Smeralda, or Emerald Coast.
Although the coastline is known as Montes de Mola in Sardinian dialect, one glimpse at the emerald-green water and the name explains itself.
In striking contrast with the area's white-sand beaches and green mountain peaks, the Costa Smeralda is a joyful destination for seekers of untouched nature and Italian charm.

Balancing traditional Sardinian design elements with a contemporary edge, Villa Mama Smeralda reflects the island’s earth tones and rocky coves. Mediterranean warmth finds its way in through arching windows, natural materials and a traditional fireplace.

Morning light streams in from the garden, highlighting the woodwork of our modernist interior pieces. Our culinary guests will feel right at home in the well-equipped kitchen area; a perfect place to start the day with sweet Sardinian delights or to prepare a home-cooked meal.

Sardinian signatures are omnipresent at Villa Mama Smeralda.
Each corner is replete with discoveries, those that unfold themselves when you take your time. Wooden beams can be found around the kitchen, complemented by natural stone such as marble.
